Other advice from RTA:
Northbound motorists are being directed onto the southbound lanes just north of Berowra Interchange and will rejoin the F3 just south of Hawkesbury River Bridge.
Southbound motorists will be detoured to the Pacific Highway north of Hawkesbury River Bridge and will rejoin the F3 Freeway at the Windybanks Interchange south of Berowra.
