A MACS subscriber in Central Mangrove has advised that there is possibly another round of “Do you want some hot mix for your driveway” scam going on.

They had that offer the other day and have informed crime stoppers.

Good news, Lexi has been found!

MISSING: 1-year-old, German short-haired pointer named Lexi from the Lutana road/Grants road Somersby area.

Went missing around 9.30pm last night (Saturday 22nd) after some fireworks that were going off in Somersby. She is wearing a purple collar and her name tag has broken off but she is microchipped. She has a brown spot over the top of her tail and her tail has a white tip. We are very worried as it is totally out of character for her to not come home.

Repair works to Dubbo Gully Bridge are programmed for 17 to 29 October 2016.

These works will restore the load rating of the bridge to 20 tonnes (removing the current 3 tonne load restriction).

While the bridge is being repaired it will not be passable by any traffic (vehicular or pedestrian).

Signage advising of the temporary closure will be placed at the Dubbo Gully gate.
