The easiest and quickest way to provide you contact details to be entered into the system is by completing the simple online form below.

Please note that if you include a mobile number, it will be assumed you agree to receive SMS text messages. This is the quickest, most effective and most direct communication.

By registering it is also assumed you wish to receive Severe Weather Alerts.

First Name
Surname
Number and Street
Suburb
Post Code
Mobile Number (04xxxxxxxx) Invalid format.
Landline Number (02xxxxxxxx) Invalid format.
Email Address

Hints: It is best to provide one name as the main contact. If there are two email addresses and two mobile phones used, say, and the owners are likely to be going there separate ways, such as one working and the other at home or also working, individual registrations may be desirable.

Note that you shouldn't put in the same information twice, ie: you would only want one voice message or one email, unless one of you also accesses the emails from a different location.

Alternatvely, you can download an application form here (Word) to complete and send by email or post.

If you wish, you can also phone through your contact details to the number shown on the Contact Us page.
